Artist statement:

In my perspective, my art has consistently revolved around life itself. It delves into the enigmatic aspects of eternal life, society, and the multifaceted dimensions of nature. Through my art, I aim to craft intricate textures that convey a myriad of emotions, be it through simplicity or complexity. My creative journey has been driven by a desire to unravel these mysteries in various ways.

For my sculptures, I draw inspiration from versatile and practical materials that align with the core theme of each piece. These collective materials spark my imagination and come together to create substantial and meaningful features. The assembly of these materials not only serves the purpose of my art but also nurtures my creative spirit.

My sculptures often take shape through the utilization of geometric shapes, such as circles, half-circles, triangles, horizontal and vertical lines, which contribute to the abstraction of form. These forms and themes, on a symbolic level, serve as representations of profound ideas. Color is applied with symbolic intent, and the use of line plays a pivotal role in establishing the relationship between mass and dimension. The linear formations often emerge spontaneously as expressions of my creativity.

In my paintings, I explore subject matter and forms in a fresh and innovative format, capturing the nuances of diverse emotions. This new form/style I've cultivated allows me to forge new paths, construct avenues, and dissolve boundaries. My preferred mediums are oil and acrylic on canvas, occasionally incorporating charcoal. The blending of these mediums and the thin layers in my paintings contribute to their technical and conceptual depth. I carefully consider the composition's form, lines, and rhythm within the given space, allowing the subject matter to guide my use of color in a suggestive manner, enriching the overall narrative.

Ultimately, my goal is to make my paintings more striking through these techniques, all the while revealing myself in this play of innovation, whether in a realistic or abstract manner.

     With gratitude,
